I had my specialists appointment yesterday afternoon. Fairly inconclusive.
He was not wanting to commit to anything until an MRI was completed.
I was really sore after physio. She worked hard on some of the more effected muscles and last night I was convinced I had bruises it was so sore!
But this morning I woke up feeling better than I have in ages!!!!
THE MRI this morning was far from pleasant. I have had one before, on an ankle so didn't get to go so far into the 'thing'.
Today they had me strapped down and head first into the machine. It really is unpleasant and claustrophobic.
Now just to wait till the results are read and to go from there. Today I feel so good, it's like, whats all the fuss about!
And this afternoon a friend and I went out to Brooklands park and wandered around on the horses for 3 hours in the forestry. What a treat. The horses were relaxed and happy and so was I. We even got to see a Fallow Deer. We stood and watched her head off up the hill and away. Beautiful.
And I managed some sort of a dismount that didn't leave me in agony.
Today has been a good one.
