She tried her on behalf of an interested party during the week and is going to ride her a few more times before the person arrives from Wellington next week to try her out.
After a not so great reaction to a new person riding her last week it was really encouraging to see her go so calmly and nicely for Jody. Restored my faith in the horse, thats for sure.
We think we have bought a truck. A furniture truck to convert to carrying the horses and us. As we age it seems we need a few more comforts and spending a wet weekend recently camping in the float was not that comfortable!
It will be a slow project but at least that way we can decide whether we like the truck or the float the best before committing to a full change.
So its Christmas in a few days. I sincerely hope this signals the end of some not great times for us lately. The car issue is still unresolved and the investigator has been so its a matter of waiting really. The police do not appear to have finished with it yet either.
So I will leave my favourite Christmas wish for you all. See you sometime soon!
My Wish for You
May peace break into your house and may thieves come to steal your debts.May the pockets of your jeans become a magnet to $100 bills.
May love stick to your face like Vaseline and may laughter assault your lips!May peace break into your house and may thieves come to steal your debts.May the pockets of your jeans become a magnet to $100 bills.
